Refund policy

All products, including custom items, may be returned unused within 30 days of delivery. Returns only; exchanges are not accepted.

Returns are by mail. Buyers purchase return postage for change-of-mind returns. There is no restocking fee. Refunds are processed within 7 calendar days after we receive the return.
