Choose the cutout by port size, not hose size. In particular, the 3.5-inch hose / 3-inch port reducer option uses a 2.75-inch cutout. Choose your interior vent or hose hookup separately using the Interior Option selector.

Create a clean, permanent diesel heater pass-through for routing heated air from one side of a wall to the other. The Bend 3DP Diesel Heater Wall Port provides a quick-connect solution for bringing heat from an externally mounted diesel heater into a camper, RV, van, cargo trailer, truck camper, overland build, workshop, or other enclosed space.

Available in 3" and 3.5" configurations, the modular system can be used as a simple heated-air wall pass-through, fitted with a 360° Directional Vent to terminate and direct heat at the port, or connected to additional interior ducting to continue routing heat farther inside.

Every Bend 3DP heater port is manufactured from PET-CF carbon-fiber-reinforced material and uses a mechanical quick-connect system designed specifically for repeated use around heated air.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT HEATER PORT
There are two decisions to make: your port size and how you want the heated air delivered inside.

STEP 1 — CHOOSE YOUR PORT SIZE

3" Hose | 3" Port
Designed for standard 3" / approximately 75mm heater ducting. This will include a 3" quick connect Fitting and a 3" Port

3.5" Hose | 3" Port Port + Reducer

Our original and proven solution for 3.5" Heaters such as the Hcalory Max / Max TB
This port comes with a 3.5" quick connect fitting that reduces down to the 3" port. This system has been proven overtime to work perfectly with the reducer. This options allows for a smaller footprint, save on overall cost and let you use a 3.5" Diesel Heater.

3.5" Hose | 3.5 Port — No Reducer

For customers who want a full 3.5" connection throughout the entire wall-port system, we now offer a completely scaled-up version. This option is higher cost due to the increase in material usage and printing time. This is a TRUE 3.5" Pass through

60mm Hose | 3" Port

This is a solution for any Proplex Heater users, this system uses our 3" Port and provides an Increaser Quick Connect for the proplex heater hose.

STEP 2 — CHOOSE YOUR INTERIOR CONNECTION

360° Directional Vent — Terminate & Direct Your Heat

Choose the 360° Directional Vent when you want the wall port to be the final outlet for your heated air.

The adjustable vent swivels and angles, allowing you to direct warm air where you want it inside your camper, trailer, van or other space.

This provides a clean finished installation without requiring additional interior ducting.

Interior Hose Connection — Continue Your Ducting

Choose the Interior Hose Connection when you want the wall port to function as a pass-through rather than your final heat outlet.

Attach another section of heater ducting inside and continue routing the heated air to another location.

This is ideal when your wall-port location isn't where you ultimately want the heated air delivered.

INTERCHANGEABLE CONNECTIONS

The 360° Directional Vent and Interior Hose Connection are interchangeable.
If your setup changes later, you can swap between them without replacing the complete wall-port system.

Terminate the heat at the wall today and continue the ducting later—or vice versa.

MATERIAL

The 3D-printed port components are made from Siraya Tech Fibreheart PET-CF, a PET filament reinforced with 15% carbon fiber. The manufacturer's technical data sheet describes material test samples and is not a finished-part service-temperature rating.

A QUICK CONNECT THAT DOESN'T RELY ON MAGNETS

Some quick-connect heater-port designs rely on magnets to maintain the heated-air connection.
Ours doesn't.

Permanent magnets can experience reduced magnetic performance when exposed to sufficiently high temperatures, depending on the magnet material, grade, temperature and duration of exposure.

Bend 3DP uses a mechanical quick-connect design, so maintaining the heater-hose connection does not depend on magnetic holding strength.

Connect it, lock it into position and you're ready to run your heater.
